Dr. Elisifa E. Nnko holds Bachelor of Public Administration in Human Resource Management (2005) from Mzumbe University. Master of Science in Human Resource Management (2010) from Mzumbe University and a PhD in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Dr. Nnko has 18 years teaching experience at the University. She teaches Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Research Methodology, Principles of Management, Leadership issues in Organizations, Strategic Management, Perfomance Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Time Management, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusiveness, International Human Resource Management, Public Administration, and Public Policy.
