CPSP (T) Julius Baltazary Juli is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Moshi Co-operative University, within the Faculty of Business and Information Sciences. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Procurement and Supply Management from Moshi Co-operative University. He is a certified and registered procurement and supply professional under the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB).

Mr. Juli has extensive experience in teaching procurement and supply chain management courses and has supervised numerous research students within his department. Professionally, he served as a Procurement and Supply Chain Expert at Moshi Municipal Council, where he was primarily responsible for procurement management, strategic sourcing, logistics, inventory management, as well as clearing and freight forwarding operations.

With over three years of experience in training, research, consultancy, and community outreach, Mr. Juli has contributed significantly to the advancement of knowledge and practice in procurement and supply chain management. Beyond his academic and research pursuits, he actively engages in consultancy activities, providing expert guidance and solutions within his field of specialization.
