Dr. Happiness Huka is an experienced academic and currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Marketing and Enterprise Management. She holds a PhD in Market Access from Moshi Co-operative University, an MSc in Marketing Management from Mzumbe University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Sokoine University of Agriculture. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Huka has built a strong portfolio in teaching, research, consultancy, administration, and fieldwork. Her academic and research interests span a wide range of areas, including market access, consumer behaviour, entrepreneurship, procurement and supply chain management, services marketing, community financial interventions, and sustainable livelihood impact evaluation. In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Huka has demonstrated strong leadership and administrative capabilities. She has served as Chairperson of the Moshi Co-operative University Integrity Committee, a Board Member of the Academic Staff Association, Acting Head of the Department of Marketing, Procurement and Supply Management, Workers Education Officer, and a Member of the Procurement Management Unit. She currently serves as Head of the Department of Marketing and Enterprise Management, where she continues to contribute to institutional development and academic excellence.
