Mr. Ophen B. Felcian is a tutorial assistant in the Marketing and enterprise management department at Moshi Co-operative university (MoCU). He holds a bachelor degree of business management from the Institute of accountancy Arusha (IAA). He possesses strong skills with expertise in E-business, entrepreneurship, commerce, marketing research and development, problem solving and communication.

His areas for teaching, research, consultancy and community service include E-Business, commercial knowledge, co-operative entrepreneurship, consumer behaviour, business strategic management, business environment analysis, planning, initiating, managing growth and development of entrepreneurial ventures, Entrepreneurial approaches to SMEs Development, business management and principles of entrepreneurship.
