Vaileth Helman Mlete holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Transport Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Transport Management from the National Institute of Transport. She currently serves as a Tutorial Assistant at Moshi Cooperative University, supporting academic and research activities in the Department of Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Her professional experience includes serving as a Bus Company Manager at APCOMAFRICA Limited, overseeing fleet operations, customer service, and digital ticketing. She also worked as an Assistant Transport Officer at Ilemela District Council, focusing on fleet performance evaluation, vehicle maintenance, and transport data management. Additionally, she gained operational experience at Tanzania Railway Corporation in cargo tallying, wagon inspection, and train scheduling. Furthermore, she has taken part in various research writing projects and handled several consultancy assignments, as she participated in the review and evaluation of the Nkasi District Council Strategic Plan (2021/22–2025/26) and the preparation of the new Strategic Plan (2026/27–2030/31)
