Sia E. Minja is a Tutorial Assistant in the Microfinance and Banking Department at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). She is actively involved in teaching, research and consultancy services within the university. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microfinance and Enterprises Development from Moshi Co-operative University. With over two years of professional experience, her areas of focus include microfinance, banking and financial services, small and micro enterprises (SMEs) development and management, personal finance, financial analysis and financial systems. She also has expertise in social protection, lending methodologies, portfolio quality management, business management and risk management. Sia has participated in various research and consultancy projects in these fields, demonstrating a strong ability to support organizations in achieving sustainable business practices and upholding ethical lending standards within the microfinance and banking sector. She possesses a diverse skill set that includes analytical thinking, problem-solving, effective time management and strong communication skills.
