Aaron F. Kileng’a is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Human Capital Management and Administration at Moshi Co-operative University in Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. He holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics and a Bachelor of Education. He is a passionate instructor and researcher in linguistics, language pedagogy and communication skills, with over 14 years’ experience. Aaron is also a competent consultant in language and communication services, particularly in linguistics and communication research projects, translation, document editing, and training in communication and interpersonal skills. His other areas of interest include, but are not limited to, intercultural communication, organisational communication, second-language acquisition, ethnolinguistics and Bantu linguistics. Aaron is a devoted professional who strives not only for success but also for tangible impact and legacy.
