Godson Silas Mganga is a passionate lecturer, researcher, and consultant specializing in Public Administration, Public Policy, Leadership, Management, E-Governance, and Digital Human Resource Management. He earned his Bachelor’s in Public Administration in 2020 and his Master’s in the same field in 2022 from Mzumbe University. With over four years of dedicated teaching experience at both college and university levels, he has passionately taught a variety of courses, including Public Policy, Leadership, Digital Human Resource Management, E-Governance, Strategic Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Research Methodology.
