It is my great pleasure to welcome our local and international clients to the Webpage of the Bureau of Consultancy Services (BCS). The Bureau was established under Article 22(1) of the Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) Charter, 2015, with mandates to coordinate all consultancy services carried out by the University. The BCS is guided by the vision, mission, and core values of MoCU.

As part of coordination, the Bureau solicits, designs, and manages the execution of consultancy activities by MoCU’s staff. Likewise, the Bureau is a one-stop center at the University and therefore, coordinates and supervises all consultancy-related matters.

Over the years, BCS has gained vast experience in coordinating the design and delivery of consultancy services to various clients across multiple disciplines. This has enabled the University and its staff to build a strong reputation in executing consultancy assignments to the satisfaction of our clients.

It is our sincere hope that our current and prospective clients will continue using our professional services as we strive to contribute towards solving their problems.
