Orientation Week for New Certificate, Diploma, and Bachelor Degree Students

Description: Orientation for all newly admitted Certificate, Diploma, and Bachelor Degree students for the 2025/2026 academic year will be conducted from Monday, November 03 to Friday, November 07, 2025. This program is designed to introduce new students to university life, academic procedures, support services, and campus facilities.

What to Expect During Orientation:

• Welcome Speeches: University leaders and faculty will welcome and address new students.
• Campus Tour: Students will be guided through essential facilities such as lecture halls, libraries, hostels, and administration offices.
• Briefings: Sessions on academic regulations, student services, ICT tools (e.g., LMS and MUSARIS), and campus life.
• Interaction: Opportunities to meet staff, student leaders, and peers for academic and social integration.

Important Notes:

• Mandatory Attendance: Orientation is compulsory for all new students. Participation ensures a smooth transition into university life.
• Be Punctual: All sessions will start on time each day. Students should arrive early at the designated venues.
