On August 5, 2025, the Steering Committee of the Higher Education for Economic Transformation (HEET) Project held a strategic meeting at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU), chaired by Prof. Alfred Sife, Vice Chancellor of the university.

The session included a site visit to inspect the ongoing construction of the academic (ICT) building at MoCU’s main campus in Moshi.

The visit and meeting aimed to assess project progress and ensure alignment with HEET goals of strengthening infrastructure to enhance teaching, learning, and digital transformation in higher education.
