On September 04, 2025, Prof. Fredy Kilima, MoCU Coordinator of the Higher Education for Economic Transformation (HEET) Project, together with Assistant Coordinator Prof. Gervas Machimu, held a joint meeting with the management of TIL Construction and the project Consultant team.

The session focused on discussing, assessing, and evaluating the progress of ongoing construction projects, including the academic complex and student hostels at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU).
