Ms. Asha Iddy Saidi is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Human Capital Management and Administration (HCMA) at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Human Resource Management, both obtained from Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy in 2022 and 2024, respectively. Specialising in Human Resource Management provides her with a rigorous academic foundation that continues to inform and shape her scholarly pursuits. In her academic role, Ms Saidi demonstrates active and meaningful engagement across the three core pillars of higher education: teaching, research, and consultancy, as well as students’ counselling. She brings a strong sense of purpose and professional dedication to each of these responsibilities, with a particular distinction in academic research, a competency she cultivated and refined throughout her postgraduate studies.
