Wilfred Simon Megiroo is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Human Capital Management and Administration at Moshi Cooperative University. He holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration. Megiroo is an academic, researcher, trainer and consultant with professional interests in Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM), Green Human Resource Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resource Policy Development and Review, and Training and Development. With over seven years’ practical experience in human resource management, he integrates industry experience with academic knowledge to support effective teaching, applied research, consultancy and professional training. He is committed to advancing knowledge through research, capacity building and community engagement, while promoting a student-centred, interactive learning environment.
