Nathaniel Towo is a senior lecturer in the Microfinance and Banking department at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). He holds a PhD and Master both in Business Administration (Microfinance), from the University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania, Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance (PGD-AF) from Sokoine University of Agriculture and Advanced Diploma in Co-operative Accounting (ADCA) from Cooperative College Moshi, Tanzania. Dr. Towo has experience in Microfinance management. He has a teaching experience of 18 years in the areas of microfinance management and accounting. He has also participated in research in microfinance area. Dr Towo was a Regional Program Coordinator for Kilimanjaro and Arusha Regions until September 2022. Currently he is a head of Microfinance and Banking Department.  Dr. Towo has published several journal articles in peer reviewed journals.
