Philip Clemence Tesha serves as an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Microfinance and Banking (DMB) at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). He earned his master’s degree in International Business Management (MIBM), Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (BACC), and Diploma in Accountancy (DA) from the College of Business Education (CBE) Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He also holds certificate of procurement and supplies management (CPSM) from Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. With five years of experience in teaching, he possesses knowledge in auditing, finance and accounting, risk management and microfinance. His research interest includes financial inclusion, service quality and customer satisfaction.
