Pius K. Paul serves as Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Microfinance and Banking at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Microfinance and Enterprise Development, both from Moshi Co-operative University.

Pius has accumulated practical experience across the financial sector, including one year in the insurance industry with the National Insurance Corporation and two years in the banking sector, where he worked in the Digital and Alternative Channels Department at Azania Bank Plc. His professional background has equipped him with strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, microfinance and digital financial services. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Pius is actively engaged in research and has demonstrated a strong ability to support organizations in achieving sustainable growth. His research interests focus on service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
