Ms. Neema Makaka is a Tutorial Assistant in Entrepreneurship within the Department of Marketing and Enterprise Management at Moshi Co-operative University. She holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship Development from Mzumbe University, Tanzania. She possesses strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, complemented by competencies in teaching, research, and consultancy. Her areas of expertise include business and social entrepreneurship, business planning, the management of growth and development of entrepreneurial ventures, and diverse approaches to small and medium enterprises (SME) development. In addition, Ms. Makaka is skilled in data analysis, with proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS and STATA. She has actively contributed her technical expertise through engagement in teaching, research projects, and consultancy assignments.
