Neema Makaka is an Assistant Lecturer with a strong academic background in entrepreneurship, innovation, and business development. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship Development (BBA-ED) and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovations Management (MSc. EIM), both from Mzumbe University. She is dedicated to nurturing entrepreneurial talent and fostering innovative thinking through teaching, research, and community engagement. Her work aims to equip students and entrepreneurs with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to identify opportunities, develop viable business ideas, and contribute to sustainable economic growth.

Her academic and professional interests are centered on advancing entrepreneurship and innovation as key drivers of business success and socio-economic transformation.
