Ms. Cesilia S. Ruoja is a Lecturer at Moshi Co-operative University working under the Department of Procurement and Supply Chain Management. She has a Master of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management; and Bachelor of Procurement and Supply Management. She has more than 14 years of experience in training, research, consultancy and outreach based on his areas of interest and expertise. 

As an academician, she is involved in teaching and supervision of research works for undergraduate programmes. She has published more than 8 papers in peer-reviewed Journals mostly in public procurement, logistics and supply chain management. Ms Cesilia has done a number of consultancy and capacity-building assignments in the aforementioned areas of expertise. Apart from academic positions, She has held a number of managerial and leadership positions such as Faculty Examination Officer, Honorary Treasurer of Academic Staff Association and Ag. Head of Department of Marketing, Procurement and Supply Management.

She is also external examiner to Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA) and Mzumbe University (MU). She is an International Logistics Management expert and a resource person for Suzhou University, China.
