Ms. Happiness A. Huka is a dedicated lecturer specialising in Procurement and Marketing in the Department of Procurement and Supply Chain Management. (Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Marketing at Moshi Co-operative University, she actively engages in collaborative projects and extensive academic writing focused on marketing, procurement, and business strategies).With an impressive fourteen (14) years of experience in Procurement and Marketing Management, Ms. Huka demonstrates a profound commitment to both academic pursuit and practical expertise. She has contributed significantly to her field, publishing over 8 papers in esteemed journals, all centered around Procurement Management and Marketing.

In addition to her scholarly achievements, Ms. Huka plays a key role as a resource person in research and marketing management within the Department of Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Her involvement in various projects, notably with the Canadian Cooperative Association (CCA), highlights her dedication to exploring sustainable rural development through integrated Cooperative Models. as well as fostering Social Innovations in Geo-ICT education for enhanced employability in Tanzanian Higher Education Institutions.

She has also been engaged in University Administration in the Capacity of a member of the Procurement Management Unit, Worker’s Education Officer, Acting Head of Department, and Board member of the Moshi Co-operative University Academic Staff Association. Her leadership qualities are further evident in her role as the Chairperson of the Moshi Co-operative University Integrity Committee.
