Rehema S Chamshama is a procurement and supply chain expert in the department of procurement and supply chain management with five (5) years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. She is a certified procurement and supply professional (CPSP-T), She has first and second degree on procurement and supply chain management from reputable universities. She has been teaching studies relating to procurement and supply chain management and has supervised several research students under such particular department. She has also conducted research on logistics activities in service organizations, assessed the influence of Epicor based integrated financial management system in public organizations and on sustainable procurement.

Throughout her career, Rehema S Chamshama has been a useful resource person in the areas of research and consultancy to Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) since 2021 and other academic institutes. She has a working experience as supplies officer at Government Procurement Services Agency (GPSA) for three years and attended several trainings on consultancy techniques, diplomacy etiquette, Epicor and IFMIS systems, ethics, risk management and conducted technical and detailed evaluation to public procurement tendering process, procurement negotiations, participated in various projects and lastly curriculum development. In addition, she has several software skills, soft skills and hard skills such as statistical analysis tools, accounting packages, proofreading, teamwork, negotiation, communication skills just to mention few, that has been useful in several assigned works.

Apart from her professional pursuits, Rehema S Chamshama is passionate about sports, community events and charity. She believes in success and sustainable future generation development.
