Ms. Winiasia Atanasio Marandu serves as an assistant lecturer in the Procurement and Supply Chain Management Department at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). She earned her Master’s degree in Procurement and Supply Management from MoCU. Ms. Marandu possesses strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, showcasing her proficiency in the field of procurement and supply chain management. Additionally, she holds the role of a research coordinator for undergraduate studies in procurement and supply chain management programme. She actively contributes to curriculum reviews as part of the “Higher Education and Economic Transformation (HEET)” initiative and is involved in internal auditing for procurement operations at the university, demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence and industry progress. Moreover, Ms. Marandu excels in data analysis, with expertise in SPSS and R-Programming, and applies her technical skills in teaching, research projects, and consulting activities
