On September 02, 2025, Prof. John Safari, Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic, Research and Consultancy at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU), presided over the official launch of the Financial Education Training Programme.

The training, organized and delivered by MoCU, is being conducted for employees of Azania Bank Plc under the coordination of the Bank of Tanzania (BoT).

The programme seeks to strengthen the capacity of financial service providers in promoting financial literacy and empowering communities with better knowledge on effective financial management.
