On March 22, 2025, Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) hosted an Iftar gathering, bringing together leaders and various groups from within and outside the university.

The event was graced by the Guest of Honor, Hon. Godfrey Eliakimu Mnzava, the Moshi District Commissioner, representing the Kilimanjaro Regional Commissioner, Hon. Nurdin Babu.

Held at the J.K. Nyerere Lecture Hall, the event was organized in collaboration with the university’s Muslim Students Association, fostering unity and togetherness during the holy month of Ramadan.
