Welcome to the Ruvuma Regional Office (RRO) of the Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). It is one of 13 regional offices that operate under the Institute of Continuing Co-operative Education (ICCE) of MoCU. The RRO was established in 1969 to serve the Ruvuma Region with 8 District Councils.  The office is charged with distance education, training, conducting research, consultancy and community services on co-operative and business management as well as crosscutting development issues related to rural-urban areas.

The RRO has developed and offered co-operative and business management and socioeconomic development solutions to meet the specific needs of individuals, organizations and government through proactive approaches utilizing the vast experience to assess, design and implement solutions that focus on specific issues facing our clients.
