Mr Deogratias B. Aikaruwa is an Assistant Lecturer at MoCU, working in the Department of Business and Management at KICoB. He holds a Master of Arts in Co-operative and Community Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance both from the Moshi Co-operative University.
He is now serving as Regional program co-ordinator of the Shinyanga regional office. Prior to this position, he has been serving as Residential Program Coordinator of the then Kizumbi Teaching Centre since 2012. He has been involved in teaching and diverse of research and consultancy projects as consultant, trainer, researcher and facilitator.
Deogratias has accumulated over 10 years’ experience in consultancy and community services in Co-operatives, Governmental and Non- governmental organizations, public and private organizations, community organizations and groups, business enterprises, microfinance Institutions and the general community. He has been involved in consultancies and technical facilitation in the areas of co-operative and community development, organizational development, microfinance management, entrepreneurship, business development, monitoring and evaluations, strategic and business plan development.
