From July 22 to 24, 2025, Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU), in collaboration with The Co-operative University of Kenya (CUK), held a joint International Research Conference in Naivasha, Kenya.

Themed “Co-operatives Build a Better World: Revitalizing the Collective Power of Co-operation in Africa”, the conference brought together researchers and scholars to explore the transformative role of co-operatives in the continent’s development.

A total of 34 MoCU staff participated in the conference, presenting a wide range of research papers aligned with co-operative values, innovation, and sustainable development.
