On August 28, 2025,Prof. Hamisi O. Dihenga, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB), accompanied by Vilde Loshya, paid a visit to Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) where they held discussions with the university’s leadership.
