On Sunday, May 03, 2026 Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) held a brief ceremony to recognise and commend outstanding staff for the year 2026 at the Main Campus in Moshi.

The event was officiated by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Alfred Sife, and brought together staff members from across the campus to acknowledge excellence in service and performance.

In his remarks, Prof. Sife congratulated the award recipients for their exemplary performance and emphasised the importance of continuous self-assessment among staff, particularly within their respective areas of responsibility, as a means of enhancing institutional effectiveness.

He further encouraged staff to uphold professionalism, adhere to public service ethics, and foster collaboration in order to strengthen the MoCU community and advance the University’s mission.
