Our consultancy services focus on enhancing the effectiveness of Community Fisheries Management Areas (CFMA) co-operatives in Kirando and Mkinga wards, Nkasi District.
Through strategic support and capacity building, we aim to empower local communities with sustainable fisheries management practices, ensuring long-term economic and environmental benefits.

Objectives of the assignment:
- Assess the enabling environment that can support the thriving of fish cooperatives and other alternative community enterprises.
- Design and deliver full-fledged training to the established cooperatives based on the outcomes of the enabling environment assessment.
- Propose other interventions to enhance the performance of fish cooperatives and other community enterprises.
- Monitor, follow up, and mentor cooperatives for 12 months until leadership is efficiently delivering daily routines of a business enterprise.
