Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) held its 35th Council Meeting on 9 October 2026 at the Main Campus in Moshi, chaired by the Chairperson of the University Council, Mr. George Yambesi.

During the meeting, Council members had the opportunity to receive, discuss, and make decisions on various matters, including the revenue and expenditure report, implementation of the procurement plan, and project monitoring.

Other key issues discussed and resolved included infrastructure improvements, internal audit and control systems, and the welfare of students and staff.

The discussions aimed to strengthen accountability, promote the efficient use of resources, and support the implementation of MoCU’s strategic objectives to improve service delivery.
