On April 14, 2025, members of RUNALI Co-operative Union Ltd. received specialized training from experts at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) aimed at strengthening their capacity to operate co-operatives as business-oriented entities.

The training covered a wide range of topics including project investment, leadership election processes, preparation of financial reports for co-operatives, and anti-corruption measures within co-operative societies.

Additional topics addressed during the session included the TMX crop trading system, quality control for commercial crops, and services provided by the Tanzania Co-operative Bank. This initiative reflects MoCU’s continued commitment to advancing co-operative development and promoting sustainable economic growth through education.
