Japhet M. Mgema, Lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Finance at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU), successfully completed a teaching and training mobility programme under the Erasmus+ Staff Exchange Mobility Programme at Powiślańska Academy of Applied Sciences (PAAS) in Gdańsk, Poland.

As part of this engagement, he also participated in the International Week’ 2026 hosted by PAAS.
