On April 25, 2025, the Steering Committee of the Higher Education for Economic Transformation (HEET) project conducted a site visit to assess the progress of the Academic Complex and Hostel under construction at the Kizumbi Institute of Co-operative and Business Education (KICoB).

During the visit, the committee reviewed and evaluated the implementation of the project, which has now reached 58% completion. The visit reflects continued oversight and commitment to ensuring timely delivery and quality of infrastructure that will support academic excellence and student welfare.
