The Moshi Co-operative University Students’ Organisation (MoCUSO) has encouraged newly admitted first-year undergraduate students for the 2026/2027 academic year to make effective use of their representation opportunities by presenting their views, challenges, and recommendations to help improve university services and the learning environment. The call was made today, October 29, 2026, during the second day of the orientation programme, where MoCUSO leaders expressed their commitment to working closely with students to identify and communicate their concerns to the relevant university authorities for appropriate action.
The students were also encouraged to actively participate in academic activities, remain committed to their studies, observe the University’s rules, regulations, and guidelines, and avoid joining undesirable groups. MoCUSO emphasised that open communication between students and their student government is essential for strengthening representation, addressing challenges promptly, and continuously improving university services for the overall welfare of students.
