Mr. Erick Buberwa – Head of Section: The IPO guides the process of establishing and maintaining links with universities and institutions and individuals inside and outside Tanzania, it draws memoranda of understanding and monitors their implementation. This specifically includes, serving as the central point in the University for the Management of all national and international agreements, MoUs and partnerships, joint ventures, alliances and franchise, establishing links with local and international institutions and companies for activities related to joint programmes, research, publications and students’ apprenticeship, developing relevant strategic policies, action-plans, and guidelines for international collaborations and partnerships, and overseeing implementation of MoUs and partnerships, joint ventures, alliances and franchise.
