The Acting Vice Chancellor of Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU), Prof. Fredy Kilima, hosted a delegation from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Lörrach, Germany, led by Prof. Schafer, who supervises one of MoCU’s PhD students.

Following the student’s research presentation, MoCU stakeholders held discussions on strengthening collaboration between MoCU and DHBW Lörrach. Key areas included research addressing real-life challenges, academic staff exchange, research supervision, practical learning, and supporting female students in their career development.

The discussions also highlighted the importance of engaging stakeholders in curriculum development to ensure programmes respond to current labour market needs and equip graduates with relevant practical skills.
