Mr. Johnson Thomas Kileo is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T) and a Tutorial Assistant at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) in the Department of Co-operative Development and Management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Co-operative Management and Accounting from MoCU and possesses a strong background in accounting, finance, audit supervision, business and co-operative management.

As a Certified Financial Educator, Mr. Kileo is dedicated to enhancing financial literacy and empowerment within the community. With extensive experience in accounting and financial management, he previously worked at BRAC Tanzania Finance Ltd, where he served as both an Area Accountant and Branch Accountant. His responsibilities included cash flow management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Mr. Kileo has participated in various training workshops covering artificial intelligence in academia, curriculum development, and innovative teaching techniques. He is highly skilled in financial analysis, consultancy, and digital data collection, making significant contributions to co-operative management and financial consultancy in Tanzania.
