Mr. Frank E. Mdee is an Assistant Lecturer at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) since 2019. He teaches undergraduate programmes, researching and offering consultancy services under the Department of Co-operative Development and Management (CDM). Mr. Mdee holds a Master of Education in Assessment and Evaluation from  Mwenge Catholic University (2015 – 2017) and a Bachelor of Education (Arts) from Mwenge Catholic University (2009 – 2012). Mr. Mdee is currently pursuing a PhD in Education – Assessment and Evaluation from Mwenge Catholic University (2020 – To date). Before join the Moshi Co-operative University staffs, he was a secondary school teacher and Head Master.
