Message from Director – BCS

It is my great pleasure to welcome our local and international clients to the Webpage of the Bureau of Consultancy Services (BCS). The Bureau was established under Article 22(1) of the Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) Charter, 2015 with mandates to coordinate all consultancy services carried out by the University. The BCS is guided by the vision, mission, and core values of MoCU. As part of coordination, the Bureau solicits, designs, and manages the execution of consultancy activities by MoCU’s staff. Likewise, the Bureau is a one-stop centre at the University and therefore, coordinates and supervises all consultancy-related matters. Over the years, BCS has gained vast experience in coordinating the design and delivery of the required consultancy services to various clients in a variety of disciplines. This has enabled the University and its staff to build up a high reputation in executing consultancy assignments to the satisfaction of our clients.

It is our sincere hope that our current and prospective clients will continue using our professional services as we strive to contribute towards solving their problems. On this Webpage, you will be exposed to the structure, core functions, and mandates of the Bureau but also the main areas of consultancy competencies as well as consultancies performed by MoCU’s staff to a number of clients and stakeholders. The Bureau collaborates with various stakeholders for greater impact in the course of discharging its duties. The Bureau is open to collaborative consulting initiatives and welcomes new ideas for achieving the Vision, Mission, and Strategic Objectives of the University.
