Revitalizing youth participation in cooperatives is essential for community development. This study explores the impact of institutionalizing cooperative clubs in higher education institutions (HEIs) on youth participation in cooperatives and community development. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions from cooperative club members and stakeholders. The findings indicate that institutionalizing cooperative clubs in HEIs positively influences youth engagement in cooperatives and fosters community development initiatives. However, challenges such as limited resources, inadequate support structures, and low awareness hinder the effectiveness of these clubs. The study concludes with recommendations for enhancing the institutionalization of cooperative clubs in HEIs to maximize their impact on youth participation and community development.
