User Services and Support Section

The Information and Communication Technology support section provides technical support to staff and students. The section ensures smooth running of University’s daily operations by providing immediate support on computer troubleshooting and maintenance, installation and running applications and accessing network resources. Additionally, the section is responsible to equip user with best practices on ICT usage.
