Rodrick Paul Payovela Holds a Master’s in Health Informatics from University of Dar es Salaam and Bachelor degree in Informatics from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). He is an accomplished Assistant Lecturer specializing in Design and implementation of Digital Health Infrastructure, GIS and Remote sensing Application, Information system and Information retrieval. With a robust background of 5 years experiences in Teaching, Research, and Consultancy services.

In the realm of academia, Rodrick Paul Payovela has actively engaged in Teaching, training, supervision, and research. Notably, he played a pivotal role in preparing the department’s examination guide also he contributed in developing the Research project proposal and report writing guide for Bachelor of Business in Information and Communication Technology (BBICT) Students.

As an esteemed professional, Mr. Rodrick Paul Payovela participated as a presenter on Micro-Weather Stations: Bridging Information Gap for Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation in Tanzania: A Case of Kilimanjaro Region, at Cooperative University of Kenya (CUK) International conference held 3^rd and 4^th of August 2023.
